Thrives in part shade, ideally with filtered morning sun and protection from harsh afternoon rays. Plant in moist, well-drained, acidic soil. Ensure the root ball is slightly above the soil line to prevent crown rot.

This variety has a naturally graceful, weeping habit. Prune only after flowering in spring to maintain its shape or to remove any dead or crossing branches. Avoid heavy pruning which can ruin its delicate form.
